The percale sheets are cooler and have a matte finish whereas the sateen feels silkier in comparison and does not wrinkle so easily. We also manufacture luxury bed sheets or flat sheets with a higher thread count-1000 to 1500 to cater to your high-end customers that want sheer magnificence. These cotton sheets though magnificent soften after several washes as they are denser than an average sheet.
Our bed/flat sheets don’t fade even after several washes as we dye yarns with graded pigments in our manufacturing plants and check quality at random points during the processing to ensure consistency in each and every product. As a general rule, the sheets with the highest thread count last for many years without pilling or wearing down.
